Lose yourself in a luxury scarf made from layers of graffiti, thrown paint and forgotten words
200cm x 64cm – 52% Silk - 48% Wool – Fringed Hems – Dry Clean Only – Made in UK
An edgy, easy-to-style and gorgeously graffitied accessory was captured from the streets of Hackney Wick in London's East End – one big open air art gallery. Layers of printed text, splashes of paint and daubs of spray paint create a mesmerising scarf in a cyan and vibrant red.
The snapshot of a forgotten doorway has been cropped right into, carefully recoloured and housed in a decorative frame inspired by the Victorian brickwork that characterises this old industrial area of London.
To see where the scarf was discovered here is a Streetview of the area.
The London Layers Scarf (for men or women) is generous in size at 2m long by over 1/2m wide giving you plenty to play with. It can be styled as a shawl or wrap, a traditional long scarf or rolled to look like an inifinity scarf. The silk wool blend is as soft as cashmere but it takes vibrant colour as well as silk. This is a unique, stylish accessory that can be worn year-round.
Our luxury scarves are made in the UK and come in branded presentation boxes so they can be kept in pristine condition.
