Sometimes things just don't work out. Don't worry, we're here to help. Here is our Returns Policy...

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you do want to return an item please contact us at and we will take it from there.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or flawed

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged or flawed we will cover the cost of the postage to return the item.

Not for you after all

Sometimes things just don't quite suit you as you'd hoped, a gift isn't wanted after all, or you want to order several items to test at home. We offer a no questions asked policy for returning items for personal reasons like this. However please note, we do not cover the cost of postage in these circumstances. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
