Return and Refund Policy

Sometimes things just don't work out. Don't worry, we're here to help. Here is our Returns Policy...

We have a 14-day return policy. The 14-day period begins from the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the last item in your order. If the 14-day period expires on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

You may also cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us at hiss@furiousgoose.co.uk

If you do want to return an item please contact us at hiss@furiousgoose.co.uk and we will take it from there.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Please send your item tracked so that we can verify that it has been posted.

Damaged or flawed

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged or flawed we will cover the cost of the postage to return the item.

Not for you after all

Sometimes things just don't quite suit you as you'd hoped, a gift isn't wanted after all, or you want to order several items to test at home. We offer a no questions asked policy for returning items for personal reasons like this. However please note, we do not cover the cost of postage in these circumstances. If you are not 100% about a prospective purchase, please contact us. We're here to help! We can assist with the decision-making process in a variety of ways. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hiss@furiousgoose.co.uk.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hiss@furiousgoose.co.uk before the 14-day period expires. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. This right does not apply to items that have been personalised or made to order.
