Welcome to Furious Goose, a trading name of Furious Goose Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09538733 with registered office address at The Coach House, 13 Eaton Grove, Hove, England, BN3 3PH.

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Furious Goose website (the "Site"), including all pages within the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

These Terms permit you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Furious Goose, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

  4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

  5. Modifications to Terms and Site. Furious Goose reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without notice to you. Any such modifications or amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications or amendments have been posted constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the modified or amended Terms.

Furious Goose may also modify or discontinue the Site, or any portion thereof, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you or any third party.

  1. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Furious Goose with respect to the use of the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Furious Goose with respect to the Site.
